Urgent Inquiry in the application Process of Msc in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence ( Non EU Student)

Dear Campus Center Team,

I am currently finalizing my application for the Master of Science in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (Winter Semester 2026/27). I am encountering several technical hurdles in the STiNE portal that I would appreciate your guidance on before the March 31st deadline.

1. Information on course of study so far:
As an international applicant from India, I am unclear on how to log my current 4-year Bachelor's degree history.

Should I create a single entry for the 4-year duration, or do I also need a separate entry for my final examination (expected June 2026)?

Which "Gradient Type" is correct for each? Currently, I have used "Abroad" for the study period and "Exam" for the degree entry. Is this the intended format for international students?

2. Circle of university entrance qualification (HZB):
In the HZB section, I have selected "Abroad - General Higher Education Entrance Qualification Abroad" and set the "State" to "Not in Germany." However, the mandatory "Circle" (Kreis) field continues to show only German cities/states. There is no option for "Abroad" or "Other." How should I proceed with this mandatory field?

3. "Information on first degree" – Closing Date Bug:
While filling out the section for my current Bachelor's degree, I accidentally entered a "Closing Date." Following the instructions, I attempted to clear this field because I have not yet completed my degree. However, the date persists and auto-fills even after clearing it. Will this system-generated date affect the formal assessment of my application status?

4. Document Upload – "Description of the module selection":
The portal has a slot titled "Description of the module selection for akad prerequisite exam." Could you please clarify which of the 6 mandatory documents listed in the DSAI application requirements belongs here?

Is it Document 1 (The filled-in Cover Form), Document 4 (The Transcript with highlighted courses), or Document 6 (The Degree Description/Diploma Supplement)?

1) You have to enter information about your bachelor's degree twice in the online application.

1, section studies up to date
2, section first degree

Please enter "abroad" when you are studying abroad.

2) Please enter the grade 9,9 (decimal with comma) of your higher educational entrance qualification in this section. The grade is still missing. The district (circle) can be left blank. Please use the English version of the online application form. We do not translate district in “circle”.

3) It is still missing the average grade of your bachelor's degree, too. In case please fill in 9,9 (with comma). Your certificate will be reviewed during the application procedure in the faculty of the program.

- Will this system-generated date affect the formal assessment of my application status?
No, you have entered in the application form that you still have not obtained your bachelro's degree yet.
