Unable to Log In to STINE Account

Hello,

When I tried to log into my STINE account today, which I have always been able to access without any issues, I started to see an “Invalid username or password” error, even though I am entering the correct password.

I followed the “Forgot password” steps and received a new password via email, but when I tried to log in with that password, I got the same error again.

I have not yet uploaded my documents to the STiNe system. Should I create a new account, or should I wait for this issue with my current account to be resolved?

I have already filled out the "Contact form for applicants" but I am concerned that this issue may not be resolved within the day.

Right now, I am able to access my account using a VPN. It seems that there is no problem with it right now.

But I would still like to ask, If the problem occurs again, would it be acceptable for me to create a new account and submit my application from new account.
