Regarding Application for MSc Technomathematics

Dear Admission Committee,

I hope this message finds you well. I have a few questions regarding my application for the master's degree program in Technomathematics as an international applicant.

Information on your studies to date field:
I am yet to finish my Bachelor's degree and have to appear for the final examinations of my final semester starting 19th May. In such a case, should I fill in 2 data entries:
1) First one being for my Bachelor's Degree itself through the "Abroad" option in the "Degree Process" field, and
2) the other one being for my final examination through the "Examination" option in the "Degree Process" field?

Also, in case I have to fill in the above format, should I fill in the expected date of the results in the "To date" field in my Bachelor's case, and final exam date in the "Examination date" field in my final examination case?

In the "Country" field, the note says "Enter the country in which you completed your stay abroad." and I therefore wanted to confirm whether it referred to the country where I'll be obtaining my Bachelor. Additionally, can you help me fill in the following fields related to my "Examination"?

Does this field require information regarding semester abroad or general studies abroad if the applicant has completed studies outside Germany?

Technomathematics—upload documents field:
Finally, I wanted to ask about the "Proof of final grade conversion" field as it mentions obtaining proof through either uni-assist, the Central Office for Foreign Education or the grade recognition offices of the federal German states. However, when I mailed the Central Office for Foreign Education, they informed me that they didn't issue such a document. On the other hand, when I looked through the list of universities associated with uni-assist, I couldn't locate University of Hamburg and thus couldn't fill in their application form. Can you suggest me some steps or procedure to resolve this issue?

I know that I have asked a lot of questions and I would be really grateful if you could help me out with them. I also wanted to request a reply as soon as possible so that I could complete the remaining steps for my application.

In case you have still not obtained your final degree, please enter the average and converted grade of your transcript of records. The date of your final degree is the date of your last exam? The entry of the correct date is not so important as it seems. It also depends on the issued date which will be stated by your university.

Yes, this entry refers to the country where you will obtain your bachelor's degree.

All semesters you have studied abroad outside from the country where you will obtain your bachelor's degree.

Uni Hamburg does not cooperate with uni-assist anymore. The recogition of your bachelor's degree is also not required.

Thank you so much for helping me with my application and solving my doubts. I have one final question and I would be grateful if you could help me out with it.

The "Exam" option in the "Information on your studies to date" section requires me to fill in the "Higher education institution" field but the drop down menu only shows a list of German institutions and no option for Institution Abroad. What should I do in this case?
