OFFICIAL LETTER OF ADMISSION WITH SIGNATURE

Hello,

i was notified by e-mail that I was admitted to the Intellectics: The Science of AI M.A.. However there was no official document with electronic signature attached to it. I require this document for applying for student loans and scholarships. How can I get this document? Additionally, I need the document to state the duration of the program and the tuition fee.
