Possible deadline for accepting Offer and it's next steps

Dear team,
I am international student applying for the bachelor's in Earth System Physics program (English-taught). I have recently been informed that I have been selected for the program in Hochschulestart.de, I am attaching the full notification with this message.

In the status notification, I am told let the university know my decision ''as soon as possible''. Given that it's a restricted program, I understand the need for indicating my decision in Hochschulestart early. However, I have a higher priority University where I got preliminary excluded due to an application error, but I'm still hoping to get an offer letter there.

Therefore, I would prefer to delay my decision for UniHamburg, as I want to see whether I can manage the other one.

So my question is, is there a deadline by which I must make my decision in Hochschulestart? I could not find one, but I assume there must be, and I was hoping the forum can help me.

Also, I found the UniHamburg application process to be very confusing. I did not have to upload or send any documents, and I have no clue when or even if I will be asked to do so. I do not know what step follows after I accept the offer in Hochschulestart. The resources I could find online only guides me towards applying, but not much for what happens once selected. So some guidance and/or resources regarding those would also be appreciated. Please note that I am a bachelor applicant for a English-taught program.

The application and enrollment procedures at Uni Hamburg takes place online. The information provided online will be verified during the enrollment procedure. You will find further information regarding the enrollment and the documents to be submitted (uploads) in your letter of admission.
