Yet to Receive Personal Information

Greetings,

I have been accepted by the University sometime ago. When I wrote to your institution on the 18th on the exact same matter; namely, that I was yet to receive my login credentials despite enrollment and my situation was vague, I have received an answer that instructed me to wait due to the high number of requests being processed.

While I do recognise that the University's schedule has not gotten any lighter since then, I would like to inquire about if there have been any errors during the timeframe, since a lot of my personal plans rides on the University's process going forward without a problem. And if there is a problem, can I inquire about its contents?
