I was accepted to the MSc PEP program for the Winter Semester 26/27. I was wondering if it is possible to defer enrolment to Winter Semester 27/28.

no, we don't offer deferred enrollment. If you wish to keep your place in the program, you will have to enroll each semester until your actual arrival/start. In case of late arrival due to visa issues, it is possible to apply for academic leave and reimbursement of a part of the semester contribution (the cost of the semester ticket for public transportation, around 200 Euro):
