Missing enrollment certificate

I am an exchange student from Fudan University, and I have already paid the semester contribution, and my semester ticket has been updated in STiNE. However, my enrollment certificate is still missing from the “Studium → Dokumente” section. In addition, none of my courses are currently displayed in my STiNE account, even though I have contacted the instructors and received their replies. Could you please check my enrollment status and advise me on how to resolve these issues?

The semester certificate has been issued recently and your enrollment at Uni Hamburg is completed. Please check your account again. According to the missing entries of courses in STiNE, please contact the academic office of your program or your supervisor.
