Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied for a doctorate studies last November 2016, and on the 21.12.2016 my application was approved (with a letter of acceptance) which I received on Saturday 7.1.2017. Hence, I am instructed as follows: "Herrn Obi wird Frist zur Immatrikulation zur Promotion bis zum 31,03.2017 gesetzt". Please direct me on what do do next as regards my Immatrikulation and payments.
