[Urgent Case] - [Matriculation Number - 7961492] - Health Insurance and Visa

Dear Sir/Madam,
My matriculation number is "7961492".
I have been contacting via contact form and phone line via international call (during UHH campus centre working hours) and nobody take a look at my issue.
As I am 33 years old, I bought the private insurance from MAWISTA.
I asked the BARMER to forward my insurance notification. The BARMER said they already forwarded on 28 July 2025; however, campus centre said they never received it.
So Today, 18 August 2025, I asked BARMER again to send the insurance notification again and they already forwarded it.
In addition, I also asked the TK, to forward my insurance notification and they already forwarded to the University.
I am from Myanmar, we do not use First Name or Last Name; however, due to the online application requirement, I use my first name as "Ye Kyaw" and last name as "Tun". But, in STiNE account, it is displayed my first name as "Ye" and last name as "Kyaw Tun". I requested 2 times to change during online enrollment application and after online enrollment application. But nobody changed it.
So, I would like to know how the university register my name ? Is it "Ye Kyaw Tun" or "Kyaw Tun,Ye"? In my passport, acceptance letter , my exact and correct name is Ye Kyaw Tun.
So please kindly check why the university did not receive the insurance notification from BARMER. This is because it has been 3 weeks already and the issue has not been resolved.
Please let me know if you need original documents to send.
Also, I already paid the semester contribution fee on 14 August 2025 and it does not reflect any status on STiNE account. I noticed in Semester contribution letter, my name was mentioned was "Kyaw Tun, Ye" instead of "Ye Kyaw Tun".
I need get the enrollment certificate to apply for national visa at German Embassy Yangon, Myanmar. It usually take 4 to 6 weeks.
So please kindly solve my case urgently as nobody in campus centre (via contact form) is replying my query.
