Offizielles Transcript für PhD anfordern

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
ich wurde gerade an einer amerikanischen Universität für ein Promotionsstudium angenommen. Aus diesem Grund benötigt die Universität in Amerika meine offiziellen Transcripts of Records und Zeugnisse. Diese kann nur direkt von der Universität Hamburg an die Universität in den USA geschickt werden.
Folgende Angaben habe ich bekommen:
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS/CREDENTIALS
Official transcripts/academic records are required after you are admitted to a graduate program. At the time of admission, you will receive a list of the specific credentials that we require from you.
It is your responsibility to request official transcripts/credentials from the original institution.
HOW TO SUBMIT OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
Official transcripts must be sent directly to the University from the issuing institution. Do NOT send official transcripts to yourself first.
USE THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS:

101 Pleasant St. S.E.
Minneapolis, MN 55455-0421
For electronic transcripts: use "gsquest@umn.edu" as the recipient.
